Awards for Outstanding Students

Prizes for outstanding students are awarded in a special ceremony which takes place the last week of the academic year.

Some of the prizes have been donated by families as a way to commemorate their beloved ones, for example:

The Nimrod Lapid Prize for outstanding first and second degree students in Statistics and Operations Research.

The Yaacov Blecher Prize for outstanding Ph D students in Statistics and Operations Research.

The prize for outstanding teaching assistants donated by the Eljoseph Family.

Prizes have also been donated for outstanding young students who study at the university  for their first degree in parallel to their high school studies.

Among these young students, those who participate in international mathematics competitions and win medals are awarded a special prize from the school for their achievements.
