Program Structure
Duration: 8 weekly sessions on Tuesdays, 16:00–19:30

Scope: 32 total hours (recognized for 30 hours of professional development credit for secondary school teachers under the Oz LeTmura framework only)
Opening: Subject to sufficient enrollment and other conditions
Content and Lecturers
The program is designed as an eclectic series of lectures covering a broad range of topics — from number theory, geometry, and analysis to statistics, game theory, and more. Each lecture is independent and does not require prior knowledge of the other sessions.
Most lectures are delivered by senior faculty members of the School of Mathematical Sciences at Tel Aviv University, with some sessions taught by mathematicians from other academic institutions. Content is tailored to the expected knowledge level of secondary school mathematics teachers.
Program Goals
The program aims to:
Enrich the mathematical knowledge of teachers
Expand their expertise beyond the subjects they teach in school
Introduce participants to active researchers and academic lecturers in mathematics
Strengthen the essential connection between secondary schools and the university
Participant Feedback
Based on evaluations from previous years, the program has been highly successful and has provided significant professional benefits to many participating teachers.
