MALDI-SYNAPT - Manufacture: Waters, USA,  Purchased: 2009   

  • A High Resolution Q-TOF with a mass range of up to 6000 Dalton. The MS is combined with UPLC (Acquity, Waters) and enables performing the following Analyses: MS, MS/MS, LCMS and LCMS/MS with  the following Ionization methods: ESI (Electrospray ionization), APCI (Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization), and APPI (Atmospheric Pressure Photo Ionization)

  • MALDI (Matrix assisted Laser Desorption Ionization) up to 6000 Dalton 

  • ASAP (Atmospheric Pressure Solid Analysis Probe)

  • Peptide and protein  analysis with MaxEnt  (Deconvolution Software)

  • Analyses of organometalic compounds under dry atmosphere 

 

Autospec - Manufacture: Micromass, UK, Purchased: 1994

A High Resolution Mass Spectrometer with a magnetic sector and mass range of up to 5000 Dalton. The MS is combined with GC (Agilent 7890A) and enables performing HRMS in EI and CI Modes 

 

Xevo TQD, Manufacture: Waters, USA,  Purchased: 2012   

The system is fully automated and students are allowed to use it.

Triple Quadrupole  with mass range up to 2048 Dalton. The MS is combined with UPLC (Acquity, Waters) and enable performing the following Analyses: MS, MS/MS, LCMS and LCMS/MS and MRM in ESI (Electrospray ionization) and APCI (Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization).
