Registration

updated: 19.09.2016

General

The formal registration for the course is done through the physics secretariat, and students are encouraged to register during the early bidding sessions. Late registration can be performed during the first two weeks of the semester. In addition, the students are required to attend the opening meeting of the course, which usually takes place about a week before the beginning of the semester.

Opening meeting

In the first part of the meeting, the motivation for and regulations of the course are presented. In the second part the students register for the course. The meeting is mandatory for all students, including those who have registered for the course through the secretariat. The time and place of the opening meeting are announced in an e-mail sent to all physics students. Students who are unable to attend the opening meeting due to military service, medical emergencies or other personal events should contact the head instructor in advance, explain the reasons for their absence and ask for further instructions. Students who will fail to do so may not be scheduled for experiments.

Check out the time table of the semester.

The actual assignment of students to experiments will be published during the first week of the semester via Moodle and announced via e-mail to all the students who have registered at the opening meeting.
