Abstract:
In recent years, significant attention has been directed toward the study of ultracold atoms confined within bubble traps. This research aims to explore the emergence of Bose-Einstein condensates (BECs) in restricted, shell-like geometries. This work reviews current experimental advancements and presents a theoretical analysis of mixtures, Faraday waves, and dark solitons on the surface of a sphere.
