The School of Chemistry congratulates Dr. Raya Sorkin for winning the EBSA Young Investigator Medal and Prize
Dr. Raya Sorkin from the Department of Physical Chemistry
Dr. Raya Sorkin has won the EBSA Young Investigator Medal and Prize, a prestigious award bestowed by the European Biophysical Societies’ Association biennially to a single recipient.
Dr Sorkin received this award for her outstanding contributions to the understanding of membrane shaping in life processes achieved by development and application of unique methodologies.
The award was presented in the official ceremony during the European Biophysics Conference held on August 4th 2023 in Stockholm.
