HDSH Services

We aim to support researchers in accessing Electronic Medical Records resources. We offer the following services:

  • Consult on finding the databases that most fit your research (EMR, omics data of interest, population, phenotype or disease of interest).

  • Assist in licensing and accessing medical databases.

  • Provide information on the data content, structure, and available analysis tools of EMR resources.

  • Provide technical assistance in accessing and analyzing data in accordance with the requirements and specifications of each database (on the cloud, using a specialized platform, or downloaded and stored locally).

  • Conduct workshops to familiarize the larger TAU community with the content of medical datasets and how to access them.

  • Assistance in finding collaborators in Israeli hospitals and HMOs with data sharing agreements with TAU.
