May 2022: Omer Noy speaks in TAU Rector's Symposium
Omer Noy, MSc student, was one of the speakers in the TAU Rector's symposium on AI and data science as part of the TAU Board of Governors events.
On May 12 2022 the TAU Rector, Prof. Mark Shtaif, chaired a symposium on AI and data science as part of the TAU Board of Governors events.
The symposium titled "AI and data science at TAU: Shaping the future" hosted four speakers, Prof. Yossi Matias, VP Google research, Dr. Dorit Dor, CPO Check Point, Prof. Lior Wolf, Facebook and the School of Computer Science, TAU, and a student speaker, Omer Noy, Edmond J. Safra MSc student fellow (Shamir lab, Computer Science).
Omer gave a talk titled "Using machine learnings to predict clinical deterioration of COVID-19 inpatients. The short talks were followed by an open discussion that was moderated by Prof. Shtaif.
