July 2021: Eight Edmond J. Safra researchers awarded ISF grants

Congratulations to Edmond J. Safra members and affiliates Profs. Nir Ben-Tal, Avigdor Eldar, Itay Mayrose, Tal Pupko (Life Sciences), Yuval Ebenstein (Chemistry), Tamar Geiger (Medicine), and Drs. Uri Ben-David, and Asaf Madi (Medicine) – who were all awarded research grants from the Israel Science Foundation (ISF) in the 2021-2022 grants cycle.

 

Dr. Uri Ben-David, Dr. Asaf Madi and Prof. Tal Pupko won two ISF grants each, a personal research grant and an equipment grant.

 

The ISF is the main body supporting basic science research in Israel, through a wide variety of funding mechanisms and in a variety of fields of knowledge. The support is based on scientific excellence.
