May 2023: Ben-David promoted to Associate Professor
Prof. Uri Ben-David was promoted to Associate Professor with tenure.
Prof. Uri Ben-David, Edmond J. Safra affiliate (Medicine) was promoted to Associate Professor with tenure.
In 2019 Prof. Uri Ben-David joined the Department of Human Molecular Genetics & Biochemistry, in the Faculty of Medicine.
Prof. Ben-David studies cancer genetics, focusing on aneuploidy -- changes in the number of chromosomes, which are characteristic of cancer cells. His research group applies genomic and functional tools to dissect the role of aneuploidy in tumorigenesis and to devise strategies to selectively kill aneuploid cell.
