December 2021: Ben-David elected to EMBO young investigator programme

Congratulations to Dr. Uri Ben-David, Edmond J. Safra affiliate (Medicine) who was elected as one of twenty-six life scientists to the EMBO young investigator programme.

 

The EMBO Young Investigator Programme supports life scientists who have an excellent track record and have been group leaders for at least one but less than four years. EMBO Young Investigators benefit from a variety of networking and training opportunities and have access to core facilities at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) in Heidelberg, Germany. They also receive a financial award and can apply for additional grants.

 

EMBO is an organization of more than 1,800 leading researchers that promotes excellence in the life sciences in Europe and beyond. The major goals of the organization are to support talented researchers at all stages of their careers, stimulate the exchange of scientific information, and help build a research environment where scientists can achieve their best work.
