The International Society for Computational Biology (ISCB) is the worldwide society in bioinformatics, encompassing some 4000 members. The Senior Scientist Accomplishment Award recognizes annually a senior member of the computational biology community who has made major contributions to the field of computational biology.
Prof. Shamir was invited to receive the award and to give a distinguished keynote talk at the upcoming ISMB meeting on July 10-14, 2022 in Madison-Wisconsin, USA.
